Mr. Vaibhav Nagnath Nayakawadi was born on 21st November 1967 in the family which have great background history of freedom in Walwa Taluka Walwa, District Sangli of Maharashtra. His father Padmabhushan Krantiveer Dr. Nagnathanna Nayakawadi is known all over india as Indian independence activist, social worker, politician and educationist. Nagnathanna known for his revolutionary activism during the Indian independence struggle. His mother's name is kusumtai, who is honoured as an ideal Mother Award.

    Mr. Vaibhav Nayakawadi received his Primary education from Walwe. His Secondary Education was at Hutatma Kisan Ahir Vidyalaya, Walwe. He Completed his College Education at New College Kolhapur. He Secured his M.A.(Politics) Post Graduate education from Shivaji University, Kolhapur.

    From 1990 he strarted his public life as a fulltime activist in the Hutatma Movement.From 1990 he started to work as a full time activist in the Hutatma movement in his public life. He was much interested in Kho-Kho from his chieldhood and when he was in secondary school he secured first Prize on taluka and district level. In 1983, he was selected on National level Kho-Kho squad and Maharashtra got first prize in his leadership. In his leadership Shivaji University Kho-Kho team also bagged championship on National level. He was elected as Chairman in Shivaji University Students council in 1988-89.

    he established 22 co-operative lift- irrigation schemes and nearly 5322 acres of land under cultivation. When the zone movement was arranged under the leaderhship of Padmabhushan Krantiveer Dr.Nagnath Anna Nayakawadi he was arrested and imprisoned at Islampur & Shirala. He also took active part in the establishing Warana and Koyana Dam affected people. He fought many movement to get the Justice for this dam affected people. He founded Hutatma Kisan Ahir Nagri Sahakari Pat Sanstha at Walwa on 5th September 1991. On 30th June 1992 to avail the higher education to this area he founded Krantisinh Nana Patil college as a living memorial of Krantisinh Nana Patil.

    He founded Krantisinh Nana Patil Grape Grovers Society for the farmers to get fair price to the farmers & also the cold storage. After the demolition of Babri Masjid, to maintain national integrity of the people. He arranged Human chain of 80 k.m. from Walwa to Chandoli.

He visited Israel in 1993 for Agriculture study. He transformed this new technology of agriculture to the farmers of Walwa by conducting a workshop. He also took active part in the Pani Parishad of 13 drought talukas of Sangli, Satara & Solapur districts. He has been struggling to get the new schemes of water supply by leading Pani Parashid since 2012. He started to look into the works of Hutatma Kisan Ahir Sugar factory from 1994. On 15th August 1996 he established Hutatma Sahakari Bank Ltd., Walwa. Today there are 16 computerized branches running all over Maharashtra with annual turnover of 500 crores. In 1996 he was elected as Member of Agri and works committee Zilla Parishad Sangli. In 1997 to uplift the life of common farmers he founded Hutatma Sahakari Dudh Utpada Sangh, Walwa (Multistate). From 1999 every year Chintan Shibir is held for the employees of Kisan Shikshan Sanstha, Walwa relating to the advance technology and changing need of education. He established Hutatma Institute of Information Technology. He also successfully arranged the statue programme of Krantisinh Nana Patil by the then President of India Hon. Pratibha Devisinh Patil.     Last 15 years he has been acting as the Chairman of Padmabhushan Krantiveer Dr.Nagnath Anna Nayakawadi Hutatma Kisan Ahir Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd., Nagnathannanagar Walwe. His qualities as humanity, unselfiness, hardwork, vision, love for common people, yielding cane, sugar production, recovery and performing new experiments in this sector has successfully created ideal Hutatma Pattern in the field of sugar factory. He has paid recorded cane price to the Cane Growers and there is healthy competition in paying good cane prices to the farmers. The establishing Hutatma Bazar by its 7 outlets and annual turnover of 48 crores, he has given a new vision to the society. Every year there are many activities performed in the Hutatma Education and Industrial complex. Such as blood donation camps, planting trees, shibirs, State level sports & Cultural programmes etc. Under his leadership Hutatma Education and Industrial Complex has been conferred on by many State & National level awards. Just he has been appointed as Member of General Body of the great Rayat Shikshan Sanstha. Has been looked after by the society as a good visionary, knowledgeable leadership as his 25 years contribution to the societies development.
